Q: Do you stock all of your items?
A: New Century is a make-to-order company. We purchase component materials and produce to our customers' specifications after an order has been placed with us.
Q: What is your lead time?
A: Our standard lead time is six weeks. Please use this for your planning purposes.
Q: Can we change the frames and/or the mats or do we have to purchase them as they are seen on the website?
A: We recommend the way in which they are displayed, but our customers are free to change frames and mats if they choose. There is a charge for this.
Q: Do you have a showroom?
A: We have two galleries which are open year-round in Las Vegas, and in San Francisco. In addition, we have a gallery in High Point, North Carolina which is open for Market two weeks each year.
Q: Can we buy directly from the factory?
A: You can contact the factory directly if you choose. We recommend working though our network of local Sales Representatives. You may click on that option on this website to see the name and number of your Rep. These professionals are uniquely qualified to assist you.
Q: Do you have a minimum order?
A: Yes, the minimum order is $500.
